Making existing buildings better
There is a huge potential to reduce the energy costs of buildings by just improving their operation without any or only little additional costs. This can be done with a three steps approach: First, pre-evaluate savings potential by conducting energy benchmarking. Second, conduct a walk-through audit to identify the obvious saving potential. Third, conduct an in-depth walk through audit and install measurement equipment if needed and estimate necessary investment costs with payback times to make recommendations to the client. Our energy audits are conducted according to ASHRAE and are accepted for DGNB, LEED, and TREES certification.
